And here they are, nothing hidden...

	Loan up to $1,500 - $165 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan between $1,500 and $3,000 - $205 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan between $3,000 and $6,000 - $260 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan between $6,000 and $10,000 - $315 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan between $10,000 and $15,000 - $370 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan over $15,000 - $400 for legal, PPSR and documentation.

If the loan is a "balloon loan" the above rates are increased by approximately 5%.

If we need to inspect the asset there is a $65 charge, and if we have to prepare and register a mortgage, or register the withdrawal of the mortgage over a property a $316 charge will apply.

Remember there are no fees or charges if you decide not to take out the loan.
