Our Fees and Charges

Our fees and charges are among the lowest in the industry. We tell you up front what the charges and fees are.

Depending on the amount of work we have to do to approve your loan, here are our normal charges, nothing hidden...

	Loan up to $1,500 - $165 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan between $1,500 and $3,000 - $205 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan between $3,000 and $6,000 - $260 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan between $6,000 and $10,000 - $315 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan between $10,000 and $15,000 - $370 for legal, PPSR and documentation.
	Loan over $15,000 - $400 for legal, PPSR and documentation.

If the loan is a "balloon loan" our charges are increased by approximately 5%.

If we need to inspect the asset there is a $70 charge, and if we have to prepare and register a mortgage, or register the withdrawal of the mortgage over a property a $410 charge will apply.

There is an administration charge of $2 per week, for the term of the loan.

Remember there are no fees or charges if you decide not to take out the loan.
